When will my order ship?
We usually ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during extreme heat may be held briefly to protect your soap.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and Canada. If your address is part of the United States or our neighbors up north, we’ve got you covered.

Will my soap melt in transit during summer?
No, but high heat may cause glycerin dew (a harmless sheen) or slight softness. We pause shipping during extreme heat to avoid this.

What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we typically don’t accept returns. But if there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Snap a photo and email us within 48 hours. We’ll get you taken care of.

Are your soaps all-natural?
Yes. We use plant-based oils, natural additives, and phthalate-free fragrance. Each ingredient has a purpose.

Do your soaps contain lye?
All real soap is made with lye — but no lye remains in the finished bar. It’s all been converted during saponification.

What’s glycerin dew?
It’s a natural reaction in real soap, especially in humid weather. Check out this blog post for more.

Do your soaps have exfoliants?
Some do! Look for terms like “fine grit,” “medium grit,” or check the ingredient list.

Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
We offer some unscented and essential-oil-only options for folks with sensitive skin. Check product descriptions for details.

Can I use your soap on my face/beard/body?
Our briccs are designed for full-body use. If you have a beard, any of our bars can replace beard wash.

What’s a “bricc”?
It’s our signature block of soap — rugged, natural, and built for adventure.

Do you include samples?
Yes! Every order includes a free bricklet (mini bar).

Who makes the soap?
Every bricc is handcrafted by me (Bill Musall) in small batches using the cold process method. It’s a one-man operation with a passion for quality and grit.

Is this a big company?
Not even close — and we like it that way. Brick Box is independently owned and operated, with a focus on quality over quantity.
